Our clients staff were carrying out a range of electrical and heating services for one of their largest customers. Their engineers had to complete specific job sheets and submit them directly to the customer.
In order to speed up the process they were using their iPads to photograph the completed job sheets and email them to their customer. However this meant their customers staff were having to decipher the engineers hand writing and manually enter the data into their 'back office' systems.
We developed a web app that replicates the paper job sheet the engineers were completing, so that the engineers could input the data directly onto their iPad, we also developed an interface into the clients back office system so that the data was automatically integrated with no manual administration required, saving time and valuable resources.
